Every single image here was taken on film. And oh my word, I could not be more in love and obsessed! Of course, this was a stylized shoot, so it’s easy to get pretty photos when you have a lot of control, BUT film was something pretty new to me. And I wanted to find a way to become more confident using it so I can begin to incorporate it confidently into my work. And heavens, it’s exactly what I needed. Yes, the models are stunning. But I’ve realized that film creates tones and colors and captures light in a way that digital cannot easily replicate.
